Bolton's Spicy Chicken & Fish
Bourdain ate: Nashville hot chicken (mild, medium and hot), spicy fish sandwich, cole slaw. Who joined him: Alison Mosshart, lead singer for rock bands The Kills and The Dead Weather; Alison's brother Matthew Mosshart, professional chef. In his words: "Oh, oh that hurts. I think I'm hallucinating." And then the day after: "I just experienced like 12-hour payback for hot chicken. And this was an existentially awful experience where there were moments where I didn't think I was going to make it."
